Calendar of Events:
The Rental Housing Support Program - Applications are available for the Rental Housing Support Program. This is a new program of the Community Services Division that provides a housing subsidy for persons with income below 30% of median income or approximately $19,000 per year for a family of four. The Rental Housing Support Program is designed to promote permanent housing through the funding of rent subsidies for "rent burdened" extremely low-income individuals and families and those with special needs.
Energy Division is no longer accepting applications for LIHEAP. The program will beginning again September 1, 2008, for Seniors and Disabled households. For more information please call 815 987-5501 or 815 987-5711.
